Flexible, compact, powerful: the GEA Bake Depositor 2LC meets the needs of soft dough biscuit production lines.

The GEA Bake Depositor 2LC is a compact lobe depositor that can be used to produce four different types of biscuit from soft dough: deposited, wire-cut, soft-core filled and two-tone ‘co-extruded’ biscuits. ‘Thanks to its flexibility and ease of use, changing product types is quick and simple. In addition, its versatility means it can be used as a stand-alone machine or integrated into an existing production line,’ adds GEA.

Multiple options

Small size, big performance: this machine lets you be creative!

The GEA Bake Depositor 2LC lets you create your own biscuits from a wide range of doughs, mixes and fillings. Depending on the shape you want for your new product, you can cut or lay the dough to mould your crisp or soft biscuits. Even the simplest biscuits will be delicious! Plus, thanks to the coextrusion process, you can also create surprising biscuits with jam, cream, chocolate or other fillings. Last but not least, you can use this depositor to shape two-colour products with different creative patterns: striped, marbled or checked’, explains GEA.
